Like many of us, I hit my rock bottom and felt helpless in my situation. I was so burned out that it bled into every other area of my life: My finances, mental health, physical health, emotional health, and relationship with God drastically worsened. My compass was lost in the crushing weight of my circumstances. One day, I realized that I was going to destroy my family if I didn't get it together and decided that I couldn't allow myself to be defeated.
